Head of Front Office Application Support

Job Details

Head of Front Office Application Support opportunity with global investment business based in Dublin 2. This is a hybrid working role with 2 days a week in-office
 
Responsibilities

  • Direct line management of Front Office and Client Service Support team (c15 people) providing technical support on in-house front office systems used for internal and externally for investments and trading.
  • Oversee full cycle production issues from initial contact through to resolution, including root-cause analysis
  • Collaborate with development teams on complex issues and system enhancement
  • Analyze business requirements to advise on the best use of applications and systems

 
Requirements

  • 5+ years experience within the Investment / Asset Management industry, is essential
  • Commercial experience in Investment / Asset Management industry including experience with Front Office applications
  • Line management experience of technical teams 10 – 20 people
  • Previous customer facing technical support experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence (desirable)

 
Remuneration

  • 90-100K starting salary
  • 15-20% performance bonus
  • 10% pension contribution
