Our client has engaged IT Search to select an experience Content Writer with an exceptional eye for detail, grammar and the ability to craft and review content across all channels (socials, marketing, advertising, audio and video scripts, reports, white papers and more).
The employer is based on the East Coast but fully remote is possible from the United States, candidates should already have full working rights.
 
The company is a well-established market leader in the area of biometric authentication; their product and service has taken off over the past number of years within a market with high spend on software and specifically around security.  
 
The role is to ensure a continuous high level of quality of content across channels, maintaining company style and with each audience in mind.
 
The role:

• Working with team across various departments to craft content to be published in various formats, from print to web to email
• Researching topics to maintain authoritative tone, often writing on new topics but always ensuring all content is not only engaging but 100% accurate and up to date
• Reviewing content to be published from alternative sources, making changes where required to ensure clarity of message and quality of copy
• Being involved in the hands on publishing/uploading using various tools/timing etc.
• Managing multiple marketing projects concurrently, reporting to various department heads and maintaining ongoing relationships with colleagues, managing deadlines

 
Candidates should have:

• 5 years of experience in Content Creation, Research and more, ideally within a Software environment
• Best in class attention to detail, able to spot and correct errors in real time
• Exceptional communication skills, a creative writing background always welcome
• Specific training in English language writing an advantage as well as demonstrable strength in researching and writing on new topics authoritatively
• Project Management skills are important to ensure timely delivery of content
• Additional experience in Spanish would be a distinct advantage
