VP of Customer Success

VP of Customer Success required to join a cutting-edge technology company based in Fairfax, Virginia. This is a unique opportunity to join and expanding business and help deliver and support new and existing projects across the Americas region. The role will suit someone with a blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful delivery of customer deployments and consulting projects
  • Drive increases in customer engagement, manage all aspect of customer projects including overall delivery
  • Drive additional services-based revenue opportunities
  • Build and maintain business and technical relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors
  • Oversight for the preparation and review of customer deliverables
  • Day-to-day management of the Customer Success delivery team for Americas region

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Commercial experience in high-growth technology/enterprise Saas companies
  • Leadership and management experience of project/delivery teams
  • Technical background in SCRUM/Agile Software Delivery and/or Project Management.
  • Stakeholder management skills of 3rd party vendors / partners
  • Experience with KYC / digital identity, biometrics, information security / encryption/or authentication techniques, is a bonus
