VP of Customer Success
VP of Customer Success required to join a cutting-edge technology company based in Fairfax, Virginia. This is a unique opportunity to join and expanding business and help deliver and support new and existing projects across the Americas region. The role will suit someone with a blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
- Ensure successful delivery of customer deployments and consulting projects
- Drive increases in customer engagement, manage all aspect of customer projects including overall delivery
- Drive additional services-based revenue opportunities
- Build and maintain business and technical relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors
- Oversight for the preparation and review of customer deliverables
- Day-to-day management of the Customer Success delivery team for Americas region
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Commercial experience in high-growth technology/enterprise Saas companies
- Leadership and management experience of project/delivery teams
- Technical background in SCRUM/Agile Software Delivery and/or Project Management.
- Stakeholder management skills of 3rd party vendors / partners
- Experience with KYC / digital identity, biometrics, information security / encryption/or authentication techniques, is a bonus
