My client, a leading medical device company, based in Galway, are looking for a Technical User Support Analyst to join their team. You will be part of a 2 person team, assigned to supporting all IT incidents onsite during the evening shift. This is a 23 month contract with the intention of extending

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional knowledge and technical support to the business supporting manufacturing.
  • Respond to all incidents and requests raised via our ServiceNow ticketing system and the emergency IT Service Desk helpline
  • Work closely with global escalation teams, while owning incidents at a local level.
  • Create and update knowledge base to improve service to clients including: develop written procedures, tips, reports, and support related material
  • Windows 10 and Office 365 support experience
  • Experience using/ supporting SAP and/or SAP ME beneficial
