Technical Presales Engineer required for a leading VOIP provider based in Park West, Dublin 12. This person will be responsible for providing technical advice when needed during the sales process and support the transition of the proposition through to implementation.
This is a hybrid working role so will require 2/3 days in office per week, and salary guide is c80K + 5% pension
Responsibilities:
Provide expert technical advice to sales staff on new business, and the account management teams working with existing customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Collaborate internally to develop joint business plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Provide technical training and support to internal stakeholders
Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging technologies to provide strategic
guidance as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in pre-sales technical consulting within the Telecommunications / MSP technology industry.
Experienced running technical demos for customers
Strong understanding of Security, Voice, Networks, associated technologies, and best
Excellent communication skills, be able to coordinate tender responses.
Ability to travel with Ireland for onsite demos when needed (occasional)
