SW Development engineer in Test

Software Development Engineer in Test (contract) required for our client , a well-known fintech company based in Dublin city centre.

You will be the part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers and vibrant SDET community of practice.

This is a daily rate contract (€450-500) role for initial 6 months with possibility to extend, fully onsite in Dublin 1

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, maintain, and execute tests in automation frameworks across multiple platforms, including Mobile, Web, and Server.
Write and execute scientifically derived unit, component, system integration, and performance tests.
Oversee cloud-based test environments to ensure seamless testing operations.

Requirements:

2+ years of software testing experience, with a strong background in automation/SDET roles
Hands-on experience with the software development life cycle, particularly in cloud-based environments (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
Proficient in MySQL, Python (or other scripting languages), and testing RESTful APIs.
Skilled in Java scripting and Java/JavaScript testing frameworks
Experience in manipulating and analysing large dataset.
