I am looking to speak with Senior Java Developers for a leading financial services provider with a rich history of over 200 years. The successful candidate will have expertise in building Java microservices with knowledge in real-time and batch processing, messaging, API calls, databases, and networks. In addition, the candidate should have experience in messaging technologies such as MQ and Kafka, and should be proficient in cloud technologies, ideally AWS.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Java development
Expertise in building Java microservices
Knowledge of real-time and batch processing
Experience with messaging technologies such as MQ and Kafka
Proficiency in cloud technologies, ideally AWS
Experience with databases, schemas, and indexes
Experience with source code management tools like GIT, CI/CD, DevOps tools, JIRA, Confluence
Knowledge of Capital Markets technologies is a plus
Ability to evaluate new technologies for fit with the program/system/eco-system and associated upstream and downstream impacts on process, data, and risk (e.g. security)
Ability to work in a structured environment, practicing Agile development model
Ability to work with distributed onshore and offshore teams.
Fixed Term Contract- 12 months €85-€95k Dublin Location (City Centre)
