Pre-sales Consultant

Pre-sales Consultant (Payments) required for one of the world’s most highly regarded FinTech businesses. Presales Consultant (Payments) will be joining a global business operating in 30 countries and a true pioneer in the payment and FX sectors.

This role can be fully remote from in Ireland with occasional travel to HQ (once every 1-2 months or so) This is a unique opportunity to be the key interface between the sales teams and the project implementation team, and ultimately help provide a world class buying experience to high value customers

Responsibilities

  • Drive client engagements through discovery sessions, product presentations and insightful Q&A sessions with prospects including acquirers, merchants and technology providers.
  • Act as an accelerator and technical support for the sales process
  • Communicate the evolving products, platform and deployment options clearly and effectively to the customers.
  • Prepare compelling Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Information (RFI) documents
  • Provide technical business consultancy for key deals.
  • Generation of key performance metrics to both demonstrate efficiencies and highlight areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a similar client facing role
  • Payments industry experience ideally withing card payments and/or currency services
  • Strong relationship building skills, including written, face-to-face, and remote.
  • Experience as a bid writer is advantageous.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office Professional suite of products, including PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Be available for occasional internally travel

  • 65-70K base salary
