Our client is a global leader in smart building monitoring solutions (Building Information Modelling (BIM), 3D Modelling, Augmented reality etc) used by blue chip clients across numerous sectors, including data centre, pharmaceutical, healthcare etc. My client provides Software as a Service (SaaS) deployed across Azure for global customers to manage multiple large scale projects.
 
They have partnered with IT Search to engage a Mobile Developer with Xamarin experience, ideally having migrated projects to .NET MAUI. This is a permanent position giving substantial opportunity for a mid level/senior developer to hone their skills in this area, working with an existing team across a suite of mobile apps (Android and iOS).
 
The role will be based in Charleston but with flexibility on WFH (ideally two days per week in office).
 
The Role:

• Work with existing mobile team, mentoring more junior members
• Managing full lifecycle App development, upgrading Xamarin apps to MAUI
• Liaising closely with partner teams (UX, UI), full stack developers and 3rd party providers
• Utilizing Azure services (CI/CD, deployment) with a keen eye for security at all steps

 
Requirements:

• 6+ years of post grad commercial mobile app development
• Track record of success in using MAUI and Xamarin (.NET/C# experience welcome)
• Comfortable working in an Azure Deployment environment
• Native Android and iOS background plus RESTful API knowledge
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
