IT Technician

IT Technician required for global consultancy business in Co. Cork
 
This is a fully on-site role based in Kinsale, Co Cork
 
Responsibilities:

• On-site analysis and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users
• Install, configure, test, maintain, troubleshoot hardware ( peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment)
• Support of software systems and packages (MS products)
• Configure new users to the domain, setup new computers/laptop and Support mobile/Handheld devices.
• Maintain IT ticketing system
• Troubleshoot network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.

Required:

• 1+  year experience as IT Technician or similar
• Hands-on experience managing iOS phone/tablet devices.
• Experience with VMware AirWatch/Workspace One administration and support
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and O365 (desirable)
• Strong communication skills

Remuneration:

• Start salary €40K p.a.
