IT Support Engineer with German or Italian

Job Details

IT Support Engineer with Italian or German language required for global business in the Financial Services/ Asset Management industry.
This is a hybrid structure position remote/office in Letterkenny HQ

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to the applications, software, hardware, databases
  • Managing incident queues and incoming calls the user reporting issues
  • Taking ownership of incidents & ensuring end customer remains updated on progress
  • Responding in a timely fashion to reactive or proactive incidents
  • Recording and documenting incident tickets
  • Monitoring Phones, emails, webchats for any incoming incidents


  • Strong knowledge of how to manage & troubleshoot both Windows & Linux OS
  • Knowledge of MySQL and database management practices
  • Customer Service experience
  • Proven strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and Italian/German (B2 or greater)
