IT Service Delivery Manger (Waterford)

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manger for our client in Waterford, who are going through massive growth and expansion. The ideal candidate would be located in Waterford and willing to be onsite 5 days a week.

Role:

• Set and achieve KPI’s
• Develop current systems and recommend new systems that can improve performance & customer satisfaction
• Manage staffing (training, development, hiring, etc) & customer complaints.
• Ensure service delivery adheres to established standards, procedures, and policies

 
Essential requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or related industry with a degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience managing teams/people in an IT service delivery environment.
• A passionate self-starter who is results driven.
• A strong decision-maker who can make timely and effective decisions supported by data.
• Previous experience working in the SME sector.
