IT Manager required to join a global innovation and technology business operating in over 50 countries. The London office is in Battersea (SW11) and includes a core innovation lab with C200 staff in total.
They operate an Outsourced IT function, so this role is responsible for managing the IT vendors to ensure delivery of all IT programmes. This is a senior position and will oversee all aspects of IT services, infrastructure, and project delivery.
Salary is £85K +20% bonus Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of outsourced IT providers, including performance management against contract KPIs and SLAs
Responsible for continuous development and improvement of the IT strategy and roadmap for the business, while managing budgets, cost tracking and forecasting spend.
Own and drive the portfolio of IT projects
Ensure IT and technology strategy and supports the needs of a mobile, multi-location workforce.
Maintain and test IT Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity plans and ensure a resilient infrastructu
Put in place processes to ensure efficient change management
Experience in all IT risk areas e.g. cyber, business continuity, storage, retrieval
Comfortable to provide hands on technical support to staff if needed
Experience
Experience Managing outsourced IT infrastructure service providers
Experience in designing and rolling out a full suite of IT policies
Proven experience of portfolio/program/large project management and/or business transformation programs.
Ability to interact effectively with both technical and business personnel.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Broad technical knowledge covering: Security / Risk best practices, Cloud (Azure), O365, Licensing, etc.
Experience with Cisco Web-Ex control HUB and configuration is desirable
