My client are a global organization leading in integrated supply chain solutions for the Life Science industry and they’re looking for IT Helpdesk Specialist to join them. Responsibilities:
Provide quality, timely IT support (Levels 1 and 2).
Resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Manage support requests and track using a ticketing system.
Oversee IT systems (deployment, maintenance, upgrade and support), including PCs, Macs, servers, software, peripherals.
Perform system monitoring, security checks, and updates.
Implement IT policies and maintain security.
Assist in projects and educate users.
Identify process improvements.
Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications:
Third Level Degree in Computer science or relevant certification.
2+ years in a similar role.
Strong Windows, macOS, server skills.
Strong Windows and Apple mac troubleshooting skills
Analytical problem-solving skills.
Ownership of IT issues and time management.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with network protocols and mobile devices.
Documentation skills.
Certifications like CompTIA A+ or MCP are a plus.
