Full Stack Developer
Initial 6-12 month contract
Dublin – Hybrid
€450-€600 p.d

Application development from start to finish. Consistent Full Life Cycle projects. Some Financials, Long Term assignments, Previous experience designing and developing investment banking applications, most likely in Foreign Exchange, Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, Prime brokerage-any other niche products. May also assume some architecture duties, including the development and maintenance of business and system architectures. May conduct complex technology and system assessments. Supports and advises internal clients and technical management.

Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions operations
Works in an Agile team based structure following SCRUM practices
Work closely with Information Technology staff, business, FLUs through the phases of design, coding and implementation of application and infrastructure changes/enhancements providing clarifications and guidance as necessary
Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies
Collaborates with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application

Core skills:
Highly skilled at front-end engineering using a modern client-side technology stack that includes Angular 1.x/v12, Angular Material v12.x
Experience in Java and server-side code development
Comprehensive knowledge of UX and responsive UI design with an emphasis on intuitive design
Performance analysis with large data sets
Ability to write cross-browser and standards compliant code that meets flexibility, scalability and performance requirements

Desirable skills:
Oracle PL/SQL (intermediate to advanced level) Database Development experience
Experience in Continuous Integration build/ deployment and toolsets e.g. Jenkins
Experience with Unit Test Frameworks
Experience with Linux including shell scripting
