Financial Operations Cloud Engineer – Remote/Onsite NW Ireland
 
Our client is a Global Leader in financial technology and has partnered with IT Search to engage a mid to senior level FinOps/Cloud Engineer to join a large international team, bringing Cloud experience across AWS and Azure to work on cost optimisation projects.
 
The role:

• Utilise cloud experience to monitor and optimise significant expenditure across technology
• Work with various department heads to streamline Cloud usage
• Design complex dashboards across Public Cloud expenditure across business units
• Develop and implement best practice standards in this area
• Work closely with Finance Departments to maximise spend v usage

 
Requirements:

• 6+ years of post graduation DevOps and FinOps experience
• Ability and track record of working on AWS and Azure tools, S3, EKS etc
• Certifications in Cloud providers most welcome
• Experience in cost optimisation programmes within multinational concerns
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work from time to time in North West Ireland
• Eligibility to work in Ireland/EU
