Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Details

Digital Marketing Analyst required for ex[prince finical service company based in South Dublin (beside green Luas). This position sits within the BI / Insights team and work closely with the internal digital market team and external marketing agency
 
This is a hybrid working role (2 days in office / week)
 
This person will measure and analyse key aspects of the marketing efforts to derive insights and make recommendations. The ideal candidate will have good understanding of digital marketing and be able to evaluate marketing effectiveness and customer engagement strategies
 
Responsibilities

  • Analyse audience behaviour and engagement across multiple digital channels.
  • Review marketing efficiency and saturation to optimize spending
  • Evaluate channel effectiveness for future marketing strategies
  • Determine optimal campaign frequencies
  • Conduct customer segmentation
  • Use propensity models to predict target customer behaviours
  • Work with AI team to integrate analytics into the marketing strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders

 
Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or similar
  • 4+ years in a similar data-driven role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse significant amounts of data
  • Strong SQL and other data analysis tools.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology tools (Google Ads, DV360 etc)
  • The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

 
Remuneration

  • 60-70k starting salary
  • 5% pension contribution
