Demand Generation Lead

Demand Generation Lead required for a software development company based in Dublin South.
This is a hands-on role, pivotal in generating high-quality leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and contributing to the company’s revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic, results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with sales and translate business needs to marketing programs and pipeline.

This is a permanent full time on site role in Dublin South (near LUAS station)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute cohesive demand generation marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • partnering with US Lead of Demand Generation on company-wide brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with US counterpart to develop and manage regional content marketing initiatives
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage campaigns, lead nurturing, and collaboration with sales teams.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, including lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Develop and optimize lead generation and nurturing strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
  • Proactively manage regional social media campaigns and content to increase engagement and visibility within the industry..

 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in demand generation, preferably in technology or SaaS industries
  • Knowledge and experience across a variety of marketing channels, including events, webinars, email, and digital advertising
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to conceive and write compelling content for use in campaigns or as sales collateral.

  • Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

 
Salary guide: 60K p.a. + 20% bonus
