About the Company:
Our client is a leading Retail organization committed to excellence and innovation. As they embark on a transformative journey in the Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, they are seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract basis.

Role and Responsibilities:
As the Change Manager with expertise in Procure to Pay processes, you will play a pivotal role in driving and managing the change associated with the implementation and optimization of P2P initiatives within our organization. Your responsibilities will include

Change Leadership:
– Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new P2P processes.
– Lead change initiatives, engaging key stakeholders at all levels to create awareness, understanding, and commitment.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
– Design and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the changes and their impact.
– Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for the P2P transformation.

Training and Development:
– Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for the new P2P processes.
– Provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition and sustained capability building.

Risk Management:
– Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the P2P changes and develop mitigation strategies.
– Monitor the change implementation, addressing issues proactively to minimize disruptions.

Metrics and Evaluation:
– Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of the P2P changes.
– Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Change Manager, specifically with a focus on Procure to Pay processes.
– Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
– Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
– Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
– Results-oriented with a track record of successful change implementations.

Education and Certifications:
– Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
