Change Analyst – Contract Role

Join our team as a Change Analyst in this hybrid role, supporting our Change Manager and playing a crucial part in ensuring the success of client projects from a change management perspective. This position involves developing change impact analyses, stakeholder plans, business readiness plans, and training plans. Be a vital member of our team, contributing to seamless project execution.*


– Apply standards and methodologies, providing expertise in methods and tools.
– Develop change project plans using tools like MS Project or Project Workbench.
– Formally close actions and deliverables, review outcomes, and record lessons learned.
– Assist in crafting training materials and business readiness plans.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to agree on project approaches, prepare realistic plans, and track activities.
– Set up project files, compile and distribute reports, and provide guidance on procedures.
– Create reporting/status updates and meeting agendas for stakeholders and owners.
– Utilize metrics to assess project success, make necessary adjustments, and report progress to project managers.
– Demonstrate proficiency in structured iterative methodologies and maintain financial tracking for projects.
– Develop a valuable network to enhance client engagements.


– Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.


– Additional certification in Change Management (e.g., APMG, Prosci/ADKAR).
– Related post-grad qualification.
– Experience in project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery.

Day rate:
Depending on experience

This role is a hybrid position with the client based in Dublin. Full working rights are required.
