You as Business System Analyst will work hand in hand with the Head of Information systems to implement process change and system improvements throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities
Designing IT solutions, modifying, enhancing, or adapting existing systems and integrating new features or improvements.
Being involved in numerous projects around business process improvements and developments.
Ensure the solutions are practical, achievable, cost effective and meet company objectives.
Automation of processes.
Continually evaluating the functionality of systems in line with process requirements.
Support and ensure the improvement and development of systems, processes and reports within the business, ensuring they are working to maximum efficiency with good financial controls.
Deliver Business solutions and requirements in line with the business demands through continuous improvement.
Provide a key link between the business and IS for change implementation, ensuring effective communication within the business are followed.
Identify risks associated with the end-to-end services around Business Systems and suggest solutions to mitigate said risks.
Provision of expert guidance and support.
Proactively identifying further opportunities within the business systems framework for improvement.
Administer and maintain key business systems.
Produce regular business reports on system performance for SLT.
Advise internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technologies.
In this role, you will have the flexibility to work from home. There may be a requirement to ravel to the Dublin an UK office which is very minimal each year.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Experience · Computer science degree
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with the full software project lifecycle.
Extensive experience of systems analysis and implementation of software system.
Experience of CRM applications.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and client/stake holder relationship skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail.
Ability to design and provide solutions in a fast paced, scale up environment.
The jobholder should have the flexibility and desire to travel for this role.
